VVC Exploration Corp. shareholders at today\'s annual general meeting approved all resolutions presented to the meeting. The newly elected directors of VVC Exploration are as follows:

Henri Baudet
Martin Crete
eter Dimmell
Patrick Fernet
Daniel Grenier
Michel Lafrance
Pierre Thibault

Following the annual general meeting, the newly elected directors appointed the following officers:

Daniel Grenier, president and chief executive officer

Michel Lafrance, chief financial officer and secretary-treasurer

Pierre Thibault, vice-president exploration

Patrick Fernet, VP legal and corporate affairs

Vernon Le Page, assistant-treasurer

Mr. Fernet has also been appointed as interim chairman of the board of directors. The board of directors wishes all departing officers and directors success in their new endeavours.
